The UT School of Pharmacy was established in 1893. Along the 100 years, the faculty, students, alumni, and programs of the UT College of Pharmacy have served as shining examples of pharmacy at its best. Throughout its first century, the College stood at the vanguard of innovative and pioneering directions in pharmaceutical education and research. Today, it continues that proud tradition. To provide exemplary pharmacy education, training and research programs for professional students, graduate students and post-graduates.
They will accomplish this by:
Educating Pharm. D. professional students, M.S./PhD.
Conducting exceptional basic science, translational science, clinical science, health policy and health services research
Advancing scientific discovery and the health care of patients through innovations in the practice of pharmacy
Advocating improvement in and defending the public health to transform the communities we serve
Creating an environment that promotes respect for and understanding of the diversity of people, beliefs and ideas.
