The College of Pharmacy is proud of its faculty, staff, students, and alumni, as well as its distinguished history in pharmacy education. We offer high quality programs at the
undergraduate, graduate professional, graduate research, and postdoctoral levels. We are located within one of the most comprehensive academic medical centers in the country. We
believe The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy to be a top tier institution by any measure. Evidence to support this belief resides in opinion polls, the scholarly productivity of our faculty, local and national distinctions bestowed upon our faculty, students, and alumni, and the state of our teaching and research facilities.
The College is housed in the medical center on the main campus of the University, along with the Colleges of Dentistry, Nursing, Medicine and Optometry, and has access to the University Hospitals for its instructional purposes. While part of a large, comprehensive university, the College itself is small, enrolling approximately 800 students. Prepharmacy students may participate in a prepharmacy club, a special prepharmacy living learning program (Pharmacy House), and a Pharmacy Scholars Program. Students admitted to the College of Pharmacy are assigned a faculty advisor to plan schedules, assist in career decision-making, and discuss questions or problems.
