Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences was founded in 1823, offering graduate, professional and undergraduate degrees in the health sciences.

MCPHS is one of the few private, free-standing colleges in the United States specializing in the education of health professionals, and has prepared more men and women for professional careers in pharmacy than any other academic institution in the world. With campuses in Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, the College enrolls approximately 3,200 students, who are drawn from 35 states and 34 foreign countries, and employs over 300 faculty and staff.

Boston Campus is situated in the heart of Boston's famed Longwood Medical and Academic Area, MCPHS is located at 179 Longwood Avenue, directly across from the Harvard University Schools' of Medicine, Dental Medicine and Public Health. Many renowned health care institutions are located in the immediate area. This dynamic locale fosters an array of academic opportunities for students including clinical rotations at these sites.
