De Montfort University (Leicester School of Pharmacy)
The Leicester School of Pharmacy has a long history, dating back to 1886 when it began delivering pharmaceutical education. It is situated in the elegant Hawthorn building on De Montfort university's city campus in Leicester at the very heart of England.
We currently offer undergraduate courses in Pharmacy, together with post-graduate courses by distance-learning for qualified pharmacists and other health care professionals.
We also have an active and varied programme of research activities.
The School has a very active Leicester Pharmacy Students' Association (LPSA), which is affiliated to the British Pharmacy Students' Association (BPSA). Among other things, the LPSA holds social events throughout the year which both staff and students attend.
