Pharmacy aides

Pharmacy aides
Pharmacy aides make administrative obligations in pharmacies. Aides habitually are clerks or cashiers who principally answer telephones, handle money, stock shelves, and perform other clerical tasks. They work together with pharmacy technicians. Pharmacy technicians typically make more complex functions than do aides, although in some States the responsibilities and titles of the jobs overlap. (See the statement on pharmacy technicians elsewhere in the Handbook.) Aides transfer any enquiries regarding prescriptions, drug information, or health matters to a pharmacist.
