Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS)
Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS) is a service that permits you to utilize one primary application to apply to multiple PharmD degree programs.
You must complete it online and present it electronically:
- June 1, 2008: The 2008 PharmCAS application opens for filing. You must go to the PharmCAS Web site to create an account and commence an application. This site gives complete instructions for completing the PharmCAS portion of our application process.
- You don’t require completing the entire PharmCAS application in one session. Once you have created an account, you may return at your convenience any time through the November 1 time limit to work on your application.
- You are obliged to present letters of recommendation through PharmCAS. For details, visit the PharmCAS Web site. (Reapplicants: this is dissimilar than in previous years.)
- Carefully check the information offered on the PharmCAS School Page for UCSF. It is your task to follow all instructions and meet all time limits.
- Complete all parts of the PharmCAS application as instructed. Since you will be unable to correct your input after you electronically submit the application, we advise that you:
- Wait to submit it until after you have also finished the UCSF Supplemental Application.
- Verify both applications for accuracy.
- Answer all inquiries to your satisfaction.
