Ambulatory Pharmacy

An ambulatory pharmacist's task is to supervise patients at risk for drug-related problems, such as adverse reactions.

They also manage patients with persistent diseases, as well as diabetes and asthma, and those improbable to take their medication or to take it as prescribed. Ambulatory pharmacists operate in outpatient clinics, psychiatric districts and in specialties like HIV or renal transplantation.
